What is 'Monitoring' ? Systematically, continous coverage of all what is happening in selected fields (and those related to them)--decisions, events, statements (of persons, institutions, organizations, political movements)--in other words: Everything, what was, is or may become relevant.

For the customers: W+D present all new (and background-) documents on electronically media, with brief descriptions and quotations from original texts. Each document is accessible from a summarizing report. All documents (normally thousands, even millions) can be analyzed in one procedure due to a our specific applications build for just this service, always incorporating the specific content.

Why periodically reports ? There are several reasons. To name only two:

* The complexity of what its going on in certan fields,

* The endangered integrity of "virtual worlds". At any time manipulations ("digipulations") can occur - traceless for the "usual user". Therefore W+D systematically downloads presentations (whole content of websites) of relevant institutions, organizations, companies, governmental agencies etc. This is described elsewere in detail (Example: Comparison of the archived content of the "European Medicines Agency", (EMA).

Why we need W+D ? Customers are not in need to engage themselves in technical procedures extremely hard to handle. W+D's service is fast and true.

CORRESPONDING

W+D creates specific data banks, including all what was collected during monitoring. Anything is available, whenever it could be necessary / useful to go back to--or detect--the roots.

This offers excellent chances to find out details related to any given structure, identical (or not identical) use of terms, data, opinions etc.

The steady availability of "background data" (as complete as possible) offers the opportunity to answer arising questions immediately and with the certainty needed.

All W+D services (consulting, technical services like indexing) can be combined with the monitoring. Example: Actual scientific publications can be evaluated using W+D's archives including the whole body of scientific literature.

TERMS OF USE, COSTS

W+D's products are tailored for the specific needs of customers and can be used without any restrictions.

Minimum period for a monitoring contract is one year. Costs depend on the specific design.
